  1. This is BEAUTIFUL!!! I grew up around and went to school with many Italian Americans as a kid in South Philly, and I've always appreciated and loved the way y'all come together for family dinners and holidays!!! Sending so much love to you and yours <3

  2. God bless the chef & her helpers & everyone who ate & helped clean up .First, most thank God for letting there b food on the table. May there always b food on everyone's table. Happy holidays

  3. Everything looks wonderfully delicious. I'd need a week to recover from this extravaganza. A few years I gave my granddaughter my turkey platter and told her "with the platter comes Thanksgiving dinner". Now, no stress for me!

  4. Ok, so where did you go to cooking school??!! At 73 with multiple disabilities from working for the Federal government for over 30 years, I can’t cook like I use to especially at Thanksgiving time.

I went to the CIA, the cooking school from 1971 to 1973 so I liked to click like you do, the pots and pans. After cooking school the military called (but I didn’t tell them about the CIA) and that changed my life trajectory. However, although I can’t cook like you anymore, I still have the passion.

You know what you are doing and OBVIOUSLY do it well. Keep up the great work!!

PS: over the years I lost my family’s meat filling recipe for tortellini – yes, I’m Italian, but last week I found a suitable substitute and plan on making it for this coming Christmas. Wish me luck, Chef!! You rock!!

  5. Damn, you put in some work. Wooh. It all looked great. I hope everyone else helped with the cleanup so you could rest. 😬
