Paccheri alla Vittorio.
Recently we had the opportunity to go for dinner at the restaurant with 3 michelin stars “Da Vittorio” in nord of Italy and we tried their famous Paccheri.
So, after a couple of days we decided to recreate the recipe with a twist!
it came out really delicious and I can only recommend to make it at home.
it’s a simple yet super satisfying pasta dish.
