if you want to get depression buy this home…. the ceiling is soooo low feeling the house will crush you, also the walking tdistance from a space area to another is simply to much, you will end up all day walking, no wonder why already 3 families sell the home…. it is bothering that youtubers dont find anything negative to say about any house, every house they telling like it is perfect….
in this case its only the location, the space, the beach…. other than that you need to demolish the house and re build it….

It's the end of the world when a listing price is $84 million for a beach house.
After seeing the house i rechecked the price and after rechecking the price i can easily say that this house should not be worth 84 million no way it should be 84 million…..its just a very basic looking property for its price it could have been a good property if the price was balanced bit sadly its not…..😑
I’m sorry but this a tear down and rebuild.
While I give kudos for seemingly keeping a lot of the original floor plan, it unfortunately lends itself to relatively cramped broken up spaces and no showstopper grand room.
