I saw someone point out that Glep has a stock market tracker pulled up on his iPad and later its revealed he met Mr. Boss after he lost everything from a market crash, so hes probably been managing it for the Boss while watching brainrot to ensure that doesnt happen again.
The previews are like 2/5ths of the actual episode
I like how finale of ep 1 of this season foreshadowed the glepisode, as in Glep is literally and then metaphorically holding the company together

As a non-important reoccurring character, I didn't mind the Party Bro (Rotoscope Guy), but after this episode, he better be killed off.
You can be rude to Pim but don't be rude to Glep.
Now watching the rest of the ep I do wonder if Glep answered “I make you smile?” Seriously and Mr Boss just didn’t remember and got mad.
I sincerely thought gleb was the janitor since previous eo he was doing stuff like cleaning in the background

Glep should have just countered by saying he thought he was Mr Bosses assistant.
Things we've seen Glep do for the company:
-Cleaning the floor after the Bliblie invasion in the pilot
-He goes with the others to get the Christmas tree in episode 1×09, "Charlie Dies and Doesn’t Come Back".
-He redecorates the office and very reluctantly gardens at Mr. Boss's house when the company is taken over by Brittney in epidode 2×04, "Erm, the Boss Finds Love?"
-Poses as Jared Fogle to prank Pim and Charlie in episode 2×05, "Brother's Egg".
-Arguably he's asked to look after Mr. Boss' son Jason in episode 2×07, "The Magical Red Jewel AKA Tyler Gets Fired", although really only Charlie and Allan take care of him. He begins posing as Jason after he apparently dies, but ultimately refuses.
-He puts back the nail the hold the whole building in episode 3×01, "Silly Samuel", though this was more out of annoyance than duty.
-In the same episode he tries with the others to push the building back to its place in the post-credits scene. They fail.
-In Episode 3×03, "Mole Man", he and Allan take over as Smiling Friends for one job while Pim and Charlie are believed to have died. (possibly the ONLY thing in this whole list that really counts as working)
