  1. By the way is nobody gonna mention, that Jamie never bothered to remove the bayleaves from the cauliflower cheese sauce. So there still is that fun additional surprise in that "pizza".

  2. “Italian…” First clip is an old Thai Red curry?!? 🤯
    It took nearly an hour which could’ve been cut out to get to Italian recipes 🤦🏽‍♀️

    Would love you to react to Kay’s Cooking as she did a hilarious looking video not so long ago that you haven’t reacted to yet 👍

  3. (Carbonara) When using a substitute for guanciale it does make sense to add the missing flavouring (garlic, sage, rosemary) from the guanciale to the dish 🤷‍♀️

    (Cauliflower pizza) Deep pan – it looks more like a Yorkshire pudding! 😂
    He also didn’t remove the bay leaves before adding the cauliflower and cheese 🤦🏽‍♀️

  4. Whoever is spreading sauce here is garbage, un even already white lines through the sauce it’s so be spread so that there is one consistent color, no canals in the sauce.. 57:25

  5. Actually, yes. Spain loves pork so much. Even when Muslims ruled them for how many centuries before the Reconquista, they have ways to eat it still.

  6. It bugs me the Jamie and Gordon both don’t follow the natural lines in an onion and just 360 cut it, truly sad, respect the onyo!

  7. I honestly think Beth's pizza is the best. One main reason is simple ingedients, maybe not enough cheese, but italian cuisine is all about simple tasty ingredients. It just looks like her pizza will taste really good, and she had the best crust

  8. I've got a seafood allergy, so I've had to find various substitutes to use, depending on the recipe

  9. You guys are really nice. Other people just making fun of Oliver from A to Z, but instead you guys fully analyzing why would he did what he did as Chef/Westerner/Commoner, and it actually made sense to my surprise 🤣 Really entertaining and learning.

  10. If a "chef" came into my kitchen and made any of these things for a tasting, I would think that this person doesn't understand the first thing about cooking (frying with olive oil, scallions first, etc.). If my cook made this for staff meal, and maybe it tasted good, I would teach them proper technique. For Jamie Oliver, this is an absolute disgrace, especially to be "teaching" people this. The fact that Netflix put him in "Chef's Table: Legends" alongside Jose Andres, Alice Waters, and Thomas Keller is an absolute disgrace to Netflix as well.

  11. tbf for a home cook, the fact that a garlic press keeps the peel out of it is a potential big bonus for ease. especially since most don't have access to very sharp knives or understand how to keep a knife sharp if we do. plus a press is helpful so the flavor goes into whatever you're making rather than onto the cutting board

  12. If you don’t add some chicken or some type of meat to the egg fried rice, I would definitely say it’s a side dish.
