  1. DO NOT use vegetable or canola oils they have cancer causing additives. Use safflower or olive oils

  4. The pile of onions with two small potatoes, covered in "sweet cooking cream(?)", then coved with little green onions, and only simmered for 5 minutes was a horrifying suggestion.
