  3. We should track cooked food or raw food ??
And if we track raw food then in most scenarios that food everyone then how to know how much ur eating with respect to the uncooked quantity??

    Plz reply sir or anyone.

  4. Actually,Healthifyme gives recipe of that particular dish which we track and they count exact calories according to the ingredients and recipe which they provide.

  5. But breaking down every ingredient is really difficult as the food is being prepared by my mother and that too for the whole family 😢

  6. Thanks to Healthyfyme for stopping my free tracking yesterday 😂. I deleted the app immediately after because I knew paying for it isn't worth 😅

  7. Bhaiya fiabetes ke liye koi video banao…mera underweight h…6 ft height and weight is 58 kg..how to gain weight without sugar spikes…i have type 2 diabetes…

  8. Just putting it out there—counting calories, whether for raw or cooked food, always comes with a large margin of error.

1️⃣ Food labels aren’t precise – The calorie numbers on food packages can be off by up to 50%! For example, an apple might be listed as 95 calories, but depending on its size, ripeness, and variety, it could actually be anywhere from 70 to 120 calories.

2️⃣ Our bodies don’t absorb everything we eat – Different foods digest differently. For example, we absorb fewer calories from nuts and whole grains than from processed foods, even if they have the same listed calorie count. So, eating 100 calories of almonds isn’t the same as eating 100 calories of white bread—our bodies process them differently.

3️⃣ Cooking changes calorie absorption – Cooked foods release more energy than raw foods. Take a raw potato vs. a baked potato—even if both start with the same calories, your body absorbs more from the baked one because it’s easier to digest.

4️⃣ Everyone’s digestion is different – Some people have gut bacteria that help them extract 150+ extra calories per day compared to others eating the exact same food! This means two people following identical diets may gain or lose weight at completely different rates.

So, no matter how precisely you weigh your food—raw or cooked—there will always be errors. Whether you're using a tracking app or reading labels, some level of inaccuracy is unavoidable. I’m not saying you shouldn’t count calories, just that no matter how careful you are, it will never be 100% precise.

  9. Pehele me bi yahi galti karta tha ab mosty raw calorie count karta hun aur jab mummy khaana banati hai toh me over estimated calories daalta hun by putting in the extra quantity than actually what i eat.
