Got my wine just before Thanksgiving. Red and blackberry. Got an extra white and blackberry same day, I can only assume was because of a shipping glitch that made it show up late. Great wine from a stand up guy with a terrific team. Thank you.

When I lived in Hollywood, I would eat at the Rainbow Bar & Grill ALL the time, and the only dish I loved was one that you had to ask for because it was never on the menu.. it was the "Fred's Special", and ot was exactly this same pasta dish and dam was it good. I think they finally added it in the menu these days.

You CAN’T go wrong with the fruit wines!!!! I have a glass every morning…and before you freak out, I work nights. Having a glass of wine in the morning helps me relax so that I can go to sleep. I love the cherry and pomegranate so far (haven’t tried strawberry or blackberry yet).

I agree with you regarding olive oil. My late mother's town in Lazio, Italy produced their own olive oil and what a difference. You are in California so I am sure you have really good olive oil available to you. Putting oil in pasta water is a waste as it just goes down the drain and is not necessary. If you stir often enough the past will not stick.
