St Padre Pio over the fireplace. ❤I love this house❤❤❤❤
Wow! What amazing potential!! Beautiful architecture. And that ancient olive tree!! 😘 Thank you for sharing!
What an amazing property Rino! Thanks so much for touring it.
Downstairs is in very good condition. I love the tiled entry hall.
LOVE it!!!
I just need me a place off the Adriatic, high celings, garage, two large rooms
This may be large, but it needs a lot of work. Thanks for the tour.🇨🇦
I gave it a thumbs up for the great potential but honestly there's a lot to do there. The asking price (to me) is too much. Other than that it could be an amazing home. The cellar itself is gorgeous, plus the terraces and the garden as you said.
This is one of those high-potential properties. Terraces, garden, impressive cantina…Wow! Can you give a little info on Frisa? Restaurants, bars, bus service? Grazie, Rino!
Love your honesty in videos Rino. Telling it like it is is not something I find often in these types of videos.
What an amazing property, thank you Rino!❤
Overrrrr priced… Only worth $150k
you never mentioned the price and i have been through the links and i don't need an italian lesson
Needs a gut renovation. Cool space though 🎉
Sooooo much potential! …a little of work but if youve got the money it would be amazing. Love it! Thanx Rino.
Rino did you film this property before? What was the price?
Needs to be completely gutted. New electrical, new plumbing, mold remediation, and much reconfiguring. Lower terrace redo, bathrooms redone. Yard is totally wild. Yes, potential but very overpriced. Maybe worth half that amount. If the owners want the price they are asking for, they need to clean up all the bird poop, fix the windows and do a few things I mentioned at the beginning. Crazy price!
It's a lot of house, with a lot of potential…but the price, the amount of work that needs doing, and being in such a small town. I would be shocked if it sells for anywhere near the asking price. Grazie, Rino, for showing another property!
So very happy to see your videos continue.. my wife and I never miss your videos. We have our favorites and you mentioned some of those in your past video as well… keep up the amazing showings.
What amazes me is that allmost all of these properties have this dated 60's and 70's style. You seldom see real traditional Italian interiors that can be so beautiful. But here it's like they have covered and hidden all of those original features, because 50-60 years ago it had to look "modern" and "contemporary". This property certainly didn't look like this when it was built 200 or 300 years ago. It should look like that though. Brought back to its original and traditional form, without the ugly 60's/70's make over.
For the money to fix it up on top of the asking price I would choose a larger town to invest in.
There have been iccupants here who had absolutely no business being custodians of such a wonderful dwelling…as for its future?…a bottomless pocket would be helpful together with a vivid imagination and a sense Architectural History…perhaps a very very exclusive Hotel?
I can only daydream about acquiring a home in Italy, so I can also daydream about having the asking price and getting the work done. I'm starting with a new electrical system for safety (snap of fingers… done!), then I am fixing the terrasses (keeping that full bathroom for a bit just for its novelty value, replacing that dangerously low railing on the upper terrace), fixing the garden so it's an oasis. Then cleaning and repairing the inside, living there for a bit until I decide how to rearrange and decorate. Giving it time before going in with the demolition crew as someone else suggested.
