  3. Italian here. This is no way authentic Italian Bolognese. On so many levels.
    We use a pot, not a pan
    Where is the pork meat?
    We deglaze when the meat is in the pan
    We do not put all those spices. No oregano, no basil, no whatsoever else you put inside it.
    What's the point of the whole carrot? There is already the carrot in the soffritto…
    No Parmesan piece in it.
    Finally, it's not how the word bolognese is pronounced

  5. that Celtic sea salt has the highest recorded amount of metals in it than any other minerals salts. Toss it!!
