Villa San Nicola sits in the heart of Atri old town.
The house built, renovated and decorated in the very traditional style. There are three floors in the house. The ground floor is out of service, we are thinking how to use it in the best way.

big living hall with 1,5 mt wide fireplace; kitchen; 3 bedrooms; 2 bathrooms;
Second floor hasterrace; living room (2 persons can sleep here)
