  1. You forgot a very important part about Emilia-Romagna: it’s not just the cities you mentioned but basically it’s divided between “Emiliani” and “Romagnoli” and those two are very different cultures with different dialects and ways of living

  2. person from basilicata here. i wanted to clear out that Matera is pronounced like you write it, not Matenda, cool video tho, respect from italy

  3. This video has got more views than the one about France, which, as an Italian, is a win

  4. 5:41 ok, but the train station is kinda understandable once you have gotten lost 4/5 times, but after 15 years you kind of get its geography. You can also occasionally find the entrance to Narnia.

  5. I still think my favorite roast an italian friend gave of Naples was "I don't know why Naples has a church, God is clearly not aware of it's existence."

  6. About Turin there's also the say "I torinesi sono tutti dei terroni", because of the large immigration to work in Fiat almost everyone has relatives from the south

  7. I am an Italian American. My family came from the region of Campania. My father's family from Avellino, my mother from Benevento. The stereotypes are spot on. I been to all over Italy, and I approve of this video! 😅

  8. si bro. Liguria e Piemonte sono 70% montuose. e non hai nemmeno citato la cosa. cioè la cultura è basata sui muntagnin, i cittadini (patachin), e i vitocoltori e contadini (rabadan)

  9. Italy is by far my favourite country in Europe. I’ve been to many regions and no matter where I am at some point the news is on and there is some wild debate in parliament. And I swear at every place they look at me apologetic and shrug their shoulders with a face, ehh what can you do. The food is made for the gods and they have the best coffee in the world.

  10. I am an Asian, not an Italian. I watched this video because, lately, I've been interested again in Italy (I grew up watching Italian and European soccer in television). Soccer is what introduced me to Italy, but lately I realized that what makes me love Italy is the culture, people, heritage, and history. But, I really don't have any idea that Italians from different regions could despise/hate each other this bad , lol 😭😭. Just before minutes ago, I believed that all Italians are good, kind-hearted, authentic, and passionate people who live slowly😂. Surely, this video is just stereotypes, but pls let me have my own Italian's fantasy back 😂😂

  11. A sud ci sono i terroni e bom fine della storia sopprattutto a napoli e poi il molise non esiste

  12. Was waiting the entire video for tuscany and siena, just to hear him mention only palio. Alteast he got my hate for florence right

  13. Stereotypes are fairly accurate but I’m confused how you say you are Italian yet managed to mispronounce or put the accent on the wrong syllables if 2/3 the city names…

  14. Liguria is great, you just have to know the cool secret places and the mountain people won't like you anyway.

  15. And now you can see why me being a pansexual, polyamorous, non binary in Verona is a bit of a pain in the a-… Abruzzo. They're not That mean but… yeah..
