If you love mushrooms, you’ll love this one! Mushrooms and sausages are the key ingredients here and they pair together beautifully. Buy the best sausages you can find and use nice meaty mushrooms. I have used a variety called cardoncello, which is a mix between an oyster and a king oyster mushroom. Some versions of this recipe also use tomato sauce instead of cream and others use pancetta instead of sausages. It’s up to your own taste!
