Hi guys, today I am learning how to ground some pork and seasoning to make italian sausage.

What I have done is vacuum seal three boneless pork spare ribs with two long cuts of pork belly with about a half of a cup of italian seasoning.

After one day in the refrigerator I took out the meat and chopped it into small pieces also with some garlic so they will process easier in the food grinder.

I did not chop the pieces small enough for my meat grinder and will do a better job of cutting them up next time. I did such a poor job this time that the fat actually got clogged up and i had to open it up and clean it out.

Anyway after the first grind I put parts of it back through and by the time it was finished it looked great.

I pan fried up some of it and tried it out, and to me it had a good taste. I added about a ¼ cup more of italian seasoning and then bagged up into three portions for future videos!
