Recipe:-
1. In a pan,add 2 – tbsp Butter and 1 – tbsp Maida/all purpose flour. Mix and let it cook for a minute only or till light golden.
2. Now add 3/4 cup of milk and keep stirring.
There Should be no lumps. once the milk comes to a boil, add salt, veggies and loads of cheese. mix well.
3. Now add the boiled pasta,toss it in the sauce and it’s ready !
