Led by Naveen Nayak, this hidden gem within the Candelari’s Italiano family offers a one-of-a-kind experience where craft cocktails meet wood-fired cuisine and indulgent desserts.
On this episode of Foodies and Friends, hosted by Katie Stone, we sit down with Naveen Nayak to explore the concept behind Rossa Room, while Sebastian, General Manager, and Jose, Head Bartender, share the stories and techniques behind the signature drinks.
Highlights from the menu include Chef Ruby’s Rolls, a fresh Cheese Board, and Shrimp & Calamari Frite. Guests can enjoy wood-fired favorites like the Margarita Pizza and the signature Rossa Room Pizza, each prepared to perfection in the outdoor pizza oven. For dessert, indulge in sweet creations from Gelato Rossa, including the Sundae with whipped cream, choco-fountain, crunchies, and amarena cherries, the Sicilian with zeppole, raspberry coulis, and pistachio crunchies, and the decadent Zeppole topped with raspberry coulis and white chocolate.
The bar program, curated by Jose, features standout cocktails such as the Rossa Room Old Fashioned, Amethyst Martini, As You Wish, and the Smoked Rosemary Paloma, each designed to complement the menu and elevate the speakeasy experience.
Guests can unwind on the beautiful patio and can also reserve the Rossa Room for private events and intimate celebrations.
