The Bialetti Venus Moka Pot combines beauty and elegance in a tastefully designed stove-top espresso maker with a unique style. The Venus can produce a rich, authentic Italian espresso in just 4-5 minutes.
The Venus beautiful stove-top espresso maker body is constructed completely made from high quality 18/10 stainless steel (including all internal parts). The Venus can be used on gas, electric, and induction stoves.
You can use the Venus on any burner or induction which allows this versatile unit to be used anywhere. Simply add water to the bottom chamber up to the release level and add your coffee into the stainless steel filter. Do not tamp the coffee as water must easily flow through. Screw the Venus back together and place the Venus on a stove top. If using a gas or flame please ensure the flame is not larger then the base of the moka pot. The water pressure will increase which will cause the value to release and the water will move through the coffee grounds. Then the coffee will push to the top chamber through the valve. Once you hear a gurgling sound your Moka Pot is complete, stir the coffee in the chamber to equalise the flavours. Enjoy the great Italian coffee.
Cleaning is easy however we recommend not using a washing machine, wire or rough brush. Instead use a soft brush to clean your Venus.

Thank you so much! My parents has one of these and I needed to figure out how to use it so I could make morning coffe for them on Christmas
Espresso it is not.
does it need to be finer than espresso?
edit: nvm just finished the video and I will not drink that coffee. 🤢
Thank you from Finland 🙏 So is it better to use only warm water without detergent when cleaning the parts ?
Im confused, do you make this coffee in this moka AND mix with hot water to get the not so strong coffee flavor? Or, is this supposed to be a very small, very strong, cup of coffee and drink it this way? Maybe i should stay with my mr. Coffee American coffee maker.
I’m puzzled, especially because I want to purchase a Bialetti.
—What’s the difference between the Venus and the Musa?
—And what’s the difference between the Venus/Musa and the Moka Express?
I am thinking of graduating from the aluminum 2-Cup Moka Express to 4-Cup Venus (because I need a coffee maker for an induction stove top, and Venus 4-Cup is the smallest size induction coffee maker). BUT I only need to make coffee for 1 person (me), which is usually the perfect amount that comes out of a 2-Cup size. Can I make a 2-Cup coffee using the 4-Cup Venus?
How do I know when the brewing is completed?
Hallo, can I use dishwasher liquide to clean my Bialetti Venus moka pot?
Is this espresso maker or coffee maker? Is the espresso better than the ones by Batista? I’m trying to figure out which device to buy
I can make it with the aluminum moka pot perfectly, but I have problems with the Venus. it takes much longer to brew and even then I usually have a lot of water left in the lower chamber. electric stove, water heated to fill the chamber. what do you think I'm doing wrong?
Can I use any coffee beans?
Can I make genuine espresso with a moka pot?
Can anyone confirm if the bottom chamber of the Venus is coated with a non stick material or not? I have seen pictures online that look like the interior of the chamber has some non stick coating, which defeats the entire purpose of going with stainless steel.
My coffee is not spouting through the funnel, how do I take it apart to clean it?
Looks like the 6 pot to me,,
and do as I say not how I do!
Beans, fill filter and then proceeds
to get ground coffee from a supply.
filling the filter , whereas the grinded
bean that fill the filter , do not fill the
filter once ground,,,
That's not a Venus. It's a Moon. LOL
can we use on the gas stove
Hey I got an issue with it. Steam blowing out the side too much. Any help on that? This is a new problem. I never had been using it for 2 years
I'm having an issue with the pressure valve and it's blowing out a lot of heat so it's not pushing up anymore. Does anyone have any remedy for this? This is new for me after 2 years
What size is the one in this video?
I have a Bialetti Venus 12 cup and have trouble getting a consistent flow. I've tried different grinds but the water keeps spurting out incosistently. I'm thinking maybe the tube is too long in such a big size, so it's impossible to get a consistent flow, any thoughts?
Don't flatten the coffee grounds
I use 180 ml water and around 20 g coffee. I consistently achieve 2 x 65 ml coffees (130 ml total). About 35 ml water left in the bottom chamber. That means 15 ml lost as steam and water trapped in the coffee plug. Coffee doesn’t seem very hot is my partner’s complaint.
Why the coffee looks like tea? Any recommendations on how to make it more creamy please?
has anyone burnt the inside of the water container? I just bought this and on my first use, the inside is now burnt. Is that normal or do i return it?
I cannot unscrew the top of the Venus to rinse it out and make more coffee. I have a 10-cup Venus that I bought about 3 weeks ago. I did let it sit for 24 hours or more after I finished the coffee. I tried running hot water over the unit but I still could not unscrew the top from the bottom. I have small hands that are no longer as strong as they used to be. I hope that someone here can suggest a way for me to safely unscrew the Venus so I can use it again…and also, what I need to do to prevent it getting "stuck" again so I cannot use it. Thank you in advance for your suggestions!
