If you really wanna make it with the best cheese. Get some straight from Wisconsin. Tillamook is ok but it still kinda has an off texture and taste, almost artificial taste but not quite idk what they put in it but if you get it from Wisconsin, it will be fresh and genuine.
Too bad tillamook is expensive as all hell where i am, ill stick to store brand block of cheese ill shred by hand and let the seasoning do the carrying lol
