Overall I love the chef and everything around her. Locally brewed beer is brilliant. And if the channel production aims for a more environmental friendly style of living I would be over the moon!

Cajuns are furious. A Gumbo is meat only. The same recipe with only seafood is a stew. If you mix meat and seafood, the seafood flavor gets lost.

Do you think Guy liked the gumbo more than the pretzels? He seemed to offer some pat compliments for the pretzels but he mentioned the love in the rue. It doesn't seem like the pretzels are her strong point but the southern fare is.
