4 oz farfalle pasta, or pasta of choice
¼ lb ground chicken
½ Italian sausage, casing removed
½ tsp salt, or to taste
½ tsp black pepper, or to taste
7 oz canned whole tomatoes
¼ tsp paprika
¼ tsp cayenne pepper powder
1 clove garlic, minced
⅓ cup Gruyere, shredded
Dried parsley, for topping

Directions:
Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the pasta for 1-2 minutes less than package instructions, to make it al dente, then drain
In a bowl, combine the ground chicken, sausage, salt, and pepper
In a separate bowl, combine the canned tomatoes, paprika, cayenne
On a nonstick pan on medium heat, cook the meat mixture, breaking it up with a spatula until browned
Add in the minced garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes, until fragrant
Add in the tomato mixture and bring to a simmer
Let bubble for 2-3 more minutes, until thickened to your liking, then mix in the pasta
Sprinkle the cheese on top and cover until melted, then remove from the heat
Top with dried parsley and serve

Enjoy!!

  1. This proves that italians have no idea about food and just like to be petty about it to feel superior

  2. Not related to this video but if you're interested, there is a British law that states its illegal to "Handle/hold a salmon suspiciously" down just this one street of London

  3. I'm Italian, so sorry if my English isn't good. The fact that Mussolini tried to ban pasta is quite true, but he couldn't do it. Pasta became an anti-fascist symbol during that period. I like your videos, but don't reduce Italian tradition to just one food, and don't call Mussolini "a boy," for us Italians is a wound still open.

  4. “Pasta seems to be Italy’s entire personality”
You have no idea how right you are…

crawls back to the ominous corner of the internet known as Hetalia

  5. "Pasta seems to be Italy's entire personality nowadays" – no, pasta is what half of New Jersey and clueless people on the internet think Italy's entire personality is.

  6. “A guy called Benito Mussolini” is crazy lol. The most infamous fascist after Adolf Hitler 😂
