I started going to Santa Fe Importes in 1982. Located near the Port of Long Beach. Best food in the area for sure. Los Comadres Mexican food restaurant used to be across the street. Remember Gracie and Trannie? Mother and daughter voted the best restaurant business in the area multiple years and awards. Thanks for the memories.RIP Gracie.😊.

Long Beach’s most iconic Italian market and deli that’s been around since 1947!

I'm going there tomorrow actually.
I am gonna be worried for them after that major tariff hike TACO Tits placed on Italian made pasta
Hard bread, butter, fresh make your jaw hurt.
Locals from Pedro and Wilmington know it well.
Yummy

Looks good. BUT I STAY AWAY FROM LONG BEACH,,, TOO MANY F@66S.
There's also one off seal beach blvd by the 22 on the boarder of cerritos and seal beach, Highly recommend the "special sandwich"
How does it compare to Claro's?
there's a similar place in Chatsworth, California, is called San Carlo Deli. The pasta is delicious of sandwiches, pastry and produce from Italy 🇮🇹
I've had their meatball sandwich at the one on Seal Beach Blvd! Fantastic flavor!! Just Delicious!!
Glad you enjoyed them!
