Full Recipe & Macros:
Ingredients (1 serving – 2 serves bhi ho sakte hain depending on the portion you eat):
Semolina pasta – 60 g (boiled)
Toned milk – 150 ml
Cheese – 20 g (any melting cheese)
Salt – to taste
Black pepper – to taste
Oregano – ½ tsp
Chilli flakes – ½ tsp
Macros (per serving):
380 kcal | 18g Protein | 52g Carbs | 11g Fat
Instructions:
-In a bowl, add boiled pasta, salt, black pepper, oregano, chilli flakes and milk.
– Mix everything well so the milk coats the pasta evenly.
– Add grated cheese on top and transfer to an airfryer-safe bowl.
– Airfry at 180°C for 15 minutes until golden and slightly crispy on top.
– Mix once before serving and enjoy this creamy, high-protein comfort meal!
