  1. too much fluff. I just wanted to see him sample the food but it's all this bullshit about the people and the town.

  2. I'm Italian, from Rome. I go many times to Ariccia and "castelli Romani" to eat the best porchetta. The very best in my life (nearly 60) is….. Porchetta di Morra In Umbria!

  3. cool,🤩🤩 Adam Richman is my favorite !!! i love him !! so nice and fun !! but is new program ? there is on ITALIAN CHANEL FOOD NETWORK ?

  4. A thing I hate, as an Italian, is that every time an Italian thing (ex: food, a character, a place) needs to be introduced in an Anglo-Saxon TV show/ movie… Here the mandolin sings. Stop! Not all Italy is "Pizza, mafia e mandolino", at least stop at the first two! XD

  5. So, for the porchetta Ariccia is the capital city… Wut he had u can find everywhere in Rome or around the city…. As usual americans speaks about things they don't know properly….

  6. What a load of American crap!!! Go to Ariccia. That has the real roast porchetta. As usual Americans know nothing about good food
