I just want to start by saying that is a lot of time you say you smoke on average of 4 to 5 times a week let's just say that it's 4 an average high is about 3 hours ratio of the average high towards the middle number this means you are high 16 times a month that is 192 times a year on average with 3 hours that's about 576 hours a year in a year there is exactly 8760 not accounting leap years which means about 6.5% of that year you are high we could take this a step further by taking that number 192 times a year and times that by a lifetime if we're going to guess I'm just going to say 76 80 is too generous and 60 seems too young so I'm going to average the age of 76
If we're assuming you're starting at 21 which let's be honest you didn't but for math reasons we're going to that is 55 years and if we assume you smoke till the day you die that will be 10560 times that you have been high that you've been high in those years or 31680 hours the average amount of hours in 55 years is 481800 which comes out to about again 6.5% so 6.5 % of your life was spent high which might not sound like a lot but let me preference that's 3.5 years total accumulated from all of the times you were high so if we were to take every moment you are high and put them back to back that would equal 3.5 years that you were high and of course that's not accumulating for the times you started before 21 and for any instance after the age of 76 if you make it that long and still smoke or get high at all. So yes you are seemingly very addicted
