4 heaped tablespoons of Pecorino cheese
1 x 700ml bottle Italian Passata
1 x tin peeled tomatoes
500g spaghetti (You can choose your favourite)

  2. My father used to do the “alla norma” the proper Sicilian way , with big thick round slices of Melanzane veraci slapped on top of the plate of pasta and fresh Ricotta Salata grated on top. Abominevole !!

  3. Hi Vincenzo, I just wanna say, that I tried making homemade gnocchi following your nonna's recipe. It took longer than I expected and the dough wasn't so easy to make as I thought, but it was absolutely worthed it. Me and the rest of the family loved the gnocchi and the simple tomato sauce that I made with it. Thank you Vincenzo and thank you Nonna Maria, you made my kitchen smell fantastic 🙂

    do. The egg plant has no taste at all and the taste of this dish is like a good tomato sauce with a lot of garlic and cheese, that's all. Why are you spreading content like this, you can do better…

  9. 🤮 whenever I see any kitchen item called "SMEG" I scroll on and want to vomit. The most disgusting name anyone could ever name something for the freaking kitchen.

  10. nice and quick i like vincenzos eggplant pasta with the fried eggplant sticks even more it adds more flavour to them i make it almost every week using an air fryer and extra virgin olive oil its really great! 🙂
