I find it very hard to believe that Italian pasta is so much better than pasta from anywhere else. I bet you in side-by-side blind taste test, the buyers couldn’t tell the difference. Just like they couldn’t tell expensive bottle water from NYC tap water.
Since so many people in this country can't afford basic food, I'm not that concerned about the price rise in Luxury pasta and items for the well off. You all can afford it. We can't.
