From November 18th to 20th, Malta is hosting a series of events to showcase Italy’s rich food culture.
On November 18th, the Italian Cultural Institute opens its doors to explore the art of food preservation and Italy’s culinary legacy.
The following day, a masterclass with Chef Luca Malacrida will teach students how to create authentic Italian dishes with Parmigiano Reggiano and Modena balsamic vinegar. A cooking challenge will follow, judged by experts from the Accademia Italiana della Cucina.
On November 20th, Chef Malacrida will appear on TVM, demonstrating Italian cooking techniques. Later, a business networking aperitif will offer opportunities in the food and hospitality industries.
Throughout the week, various Italian restaurants and organizations will participate in the Week of Italian Cuisine, offering a taste of Italy’s gastronomic excellence.
