Woo Hooo, happy anniversary and here's to year 3. I live this region and the first property is right up my alley with a great outdoor are and move in ready. I'd probably need to change the bathroom tile and with 3 you can do one at a time and never be without a working bath. Perfect. I really like the layout(at least from the images) I did see a little water damage that needs attention, but that isn't a deal killer. I need a trip to Molise. Cheers, Darrell

Great episode guys. I have often wondered what Friuli is like. Maybe one episode you could explore that region?? You never hear about it, but being a fan of Italian cooking, I have watched Lidia Bastianich for many years and seen a bit of Friuli on her shows.
