Boiled the pasta shells ,as many you need.
Saute’ on the side ground beef ,add onions,carrots,celery,and peas.
Salt and pepper,with a pinch of garlic.
Ones the pasta shells are ready,start to stuff the pasta with the ground beef ,add parmiggiano reggiano and shredded mozzarella.
Take a pan put a layer of sauce that you have already cooked and start to put the pasta shell ,do not over layer.
Add parmiggiano reggiano again with mozzarella.
In the oven at 350* for 30 minutes.
