  1. Pops needs to be on this show more often. He's very proper and distinguished in comparison to us Americans.

  2. He should try our roast in America. It falls apart. I want to try a real fish and chips and some other british foods myself I love these reaction channels

  3. Wow, if you need a Sharp knife and Really good Teeth to eat a beef roast then you are not cooking it properly. My roast beef is quite often fork tender.

  4. The Texas town I lived in most of my adult life smelled of brisket smoking everywhere you went. My mom noticed it when she came to visit & I hadn’t even told her about it!! Honestly, you ever get a chance to visit, find the oldest, most beat up, rundown bbq joint and sit down for the best brisket bbq you’ve ever tasted!!

  5. I prefer meat to have a bit of substance not just disintrigrate into mush. Not tough but not super tender either

  6. Texas BBQ is beef. Sure, you can buy pork, chicken, or turkey in Texas too – I mean, there are homosexuals everywhere – but Texas BBQ is beef.

  7. The Brits can make this in their country except….they seem to be to lazy to try to learn anything new! Poor people

  8. Texas bbq is probably the most well known, but imo Tennessee, the Carolina’s, and just that region of the south does it the best

  9. Why is their grandad so handsome! (Well mine was too but he's passed away now so I'm still jealous!)

  10. As a Brit, not quite sure what he means about roast dinner. Beef/lamb/chicken are all tender in my experience. The only hard bit on the plate should be the crispy potato skin!
