โ€ข 7 oz (200 g) cherry tomatoes, halved

โ€ข 2 strips bacon, sliced
โ€ข 3 baby bella mushrooms, sliced
โ€ข 2 handfuls spinach
โ€ข 2 Tbsp butter
โ€ข ยฝ tsp Italian seasoning
โ€ข ยฝ tsp garlic powder
โ€ข 1 tsp sugar
โ€ข ยฝ tsp paprika
โ€ข Salt & pepper, to taste
โ€ข 250 ml (about 1ยผ cups) whipping cream
โ€ข 14 oz (400 ml) chicken broth
โ€ข ยฝ cup grated Parmesan cheese
โ€ข Chili flakes, for garnish

Instructions
1. Heat the base
Warm the olive oil in a large pan over medium-low heat.

2. Arrange the layers
Place the pasta in the center of the pan. Surround it with tomatoes, onion, mushrooms, and bacon.

3. Build the flavor
Add butter, gochujang, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, sugar, paprika, salt, and pepper.

4. Simmer the pasta
Pour in the whipping cream and chicken broth. Cover and bring to a gentle boil over medium heat. Once it starts boiling, uncover and stir occasionally to prevent the noodles from sticking.

5. Make it creamy
Cook for 8โ€“10 minutes, until the pasta is al dente and the sauce thickens.
Stir in the spinach until just wilted, then add Parmesan and mix until everything melts into a glossy, rich sauce. Finish by seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

6. Serve hot
Finish with chili flakes and serve immediately โ€” creamy, spicy, and irresistibly satisfying.
