It looks colourful and fantastic on film. But let's try to understand what this delicate fish is. Unless you're a novice, you know that the vegetables are raw and tough and the fish is dried to a chip with no flavour of its own… all for likes. Zero authenticity. It's sad to see someone believe it can taste good. The amount of butter pushed into the fish is irrelevant. It runs off the moment it hits the pan….
