  1. How beautiful it is that every person maintains his traditions with us. If a woman marries someone who is different from the traditions, she must leave her traditions and go to the traditions of her husband. 😕💔

  2. In Germany we also have ravioli but Maultaschen are usually eaten with soup and ravioli is eaten like noodles (with sauce )

  3. I had no idea Vietnamese also eat bittermelon with egg😅… it's like a boring dish our family likes to eat in Philippines

  4. Wenn du einen Asiashop in der Nähe hast, kannst du ja dein Gemüse und alles andere besorgen. Ist dann nur, im Verhältnis zu Vietnam, teurer. Aber besser als das ganze Brot das dein Mann immer isst.

  5. Germans and Vietnamese like dumplings, meat, bread, pickles, and some spices.

If the Germans had colonized Viet Nam instead of the French, I wonder how the culinary landscape woudl have been.

  6. I love bitter melon /butter gourd with egg. i grew up eating that and we have a lot of butter gourd plants so..😅😅 I am a Filipino. I follow you ❤❤❤

  7. Eventually you will need to find a dish that both of you enjoy. I'm Viet, married to a Canadian guy and I cook both Viet and non-Viet dishes at home that we both eat. He can only cook non-Viet dishes and I'm fine with those too. The family eats the same meal that's prepared by whichever parent.
It's hard for us as a married couple to cook different meals after a long day of work and taking care of kids but I understand everyone house is different. You do what is best for you and your partner.

  8. She’s going to live a lot longer than he will…. He eats terribly. There is nothing green. How does he poop?

  9. I would love to eat home made Vietnamese food every day. One day he will release that he has gold at home 🙂

  10. Im amazed how She's eating bitter melon just like that! It's so so bitter that in my country people cook it with loads of spices

  11. I'm happy for you two that you are able to afford all that food 🙂 I'm from Germany too, my husband and me can't buy and cook that much, we don't have that much money. Very good for you two🍀🙂

  12. You are using many of the vegetables I see in the Turkish or Arabic markeds in our country. When asking how to cook them, they don’t know, telling me its for their Asian custumers. Would be fantastic you could show some of them, how to cook or prepare 💝

  13. Respect to you both! I once had a swiss german boyfriend who didn‘t eat any Asian food. He ate only ravioli. Spaghetti and hamburgers. For me it was unacceptable so we broke up.

  14. I like that you both cook your own food and enjoy it together. Most relationships/marriages one person is expected to cook what the the other person likes.

  15. I miss cherries so much! My favorite fruit as a kid and I developed an allergy to them as an adult. I’m now allergic to every fruit with a skin, as well as the berries that I’ve always been allergic to. Mouth hives hurt.

  16. I love coming back and watching your shorts sm they're all so good, I love happy and cheesy you sound when you said how you share the noodle salad with him together its adorable ♡♡

  17. Maybe it's the heavy Asian influences in my life but all of Uyen's food looked so good 🤤

German BF looked less appetizing since I don't like anything pickled in vinegar and also that much bread would make me personally sick but if it suits him it suits him!
