🍲 Macaroni Pasta Soup Recipe💕

Ingredients
. 2 Cups Macaroni pasta ( 50% boiled )
• 1 capsicum -chopped
• 1 Carrot- chopped
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
• 1 green chilli, finely chopped
• ½ cup tomato puree
• 2 packet Maggi Masala or Pasta Masala
• 3 tbsp tomato ketchup
. 4 tbsp Chilli sauce
• 1 tsp soya sauce
•1 tsp vinegar (white vinegar)
• ½ tsp oregano
• ½ tsp chilli flakes
• ½ tsp black pepper powder
• ½ tsp jeera (cumin seeds)
• 1 tbsp oil or butter
• 2 cups water or vegetable stock
• Salt to taste (add less first, sauces already have salt)
• Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Method
1. Heat oil or butter in a deep pot. Add jeera and let it splutter.
2. Add onion, chopped ginger-garlic, and green chilli. Sauté till golden.
3. Add tomato puree and cook till oil separates.
4. Add chopped carrot,capsicum and sweet corn. Cook for 2–3 minutes.
5. Add Maggi Masala, tomato ketchup, soya sauce, vinegar, oregano, chilli flakes, and black pepper. Sauté for 1 minute.
6. Pour in water or vegetable stock and bring to a boil.
7. Add 50% boiled macaroni , mix till pasta turns soft and soup slightly thickens.
8. Taste and adjust salt if needed.
9. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
