Ingredients:
Ciabatta (toasted with 2 tbsp of olive oil, 2 cloves garlic, 2 tbsp fresh parm)
Salami
Black Forest Ham
Pepperoni
Provolone
Sliced Tomato (salt and pepper)
Sliced Red Onion
Shredded Iceberg Lettuce
Olive Oil
Red Wine Vinegar
Salt
Pepper
Oregano
Instructions:
1. Prep tomatoes, red onion and lettuce. We used a mandoline slicer but just slice it thin.
2. Slice ciabatta, mix olive oil, garlic and parm in a small bowl and coat the inside generously before toasting.
3. Build your sandwich in the order above.
4. Serve and enjoy!
