This vlog follows my daily rhythm — from feeding my sourdough starter to slow-cooked meals and cozy homemaking moments.

🍞 Sourdough Starter (my beginner-friendly method)
When I first started, my starter didn’t rise at all — for almost two weeks!
But I just kept feeding it, and one morning it finally doubled beautifully.
So if yours looks quiet at first, don’t give up — it’s just finding its strength.
Day 1:
Mix 50 g whole-wheat flour + 50 g water. Stir well and cover loosely.
Keep at room temperature (around 21 °C).
Day 2–5:
Feed daily with 50 g flour + 50 g water. Discard half before each feeding.
You should start seeing bubbles and a mild, fruity smell.
After about 10–14 days:
It should double within 4–6 hours after feeding — that means it’s ready to bake!
