Hey looks great, I know you mentioned it in the video, but please toss the pasta in the sauce first. You can start the plate just like you did, but at least have some flavor and sauce on the pasta itself before serving. Happy cooking 🙂

One thing i noticed in italy was no one plates plain pasta without finishing it in a pan with the sauce. Maybe a hotel with cooks unfamiliar with local food traditions
