Follow along my latte art journey as I continue to try to get better!

I bought my first espresso machine in October 2024 and have since been addicted to making espressos and flat whites.

Today, marks about 1 year into the journey, and here we are with the La Marzocco Micra!

I have zero regrets owning my two Breville machines because it allowed me to learn how to troubleshoot and adjust my techniques.

But man, this La Marzocco is on a whole different level, especially the steam wand.

    Congrats on the machine! I'd love to know how you're getting on with the steam wand, and what steam level you're using. I'm really struggling to find a consistent method. Are you using the standard pitcher that comes with the machine? Any advice would be really appreciated or a small demo! Hope you're enjoying the machine

    Just got my Micra about 2 weeks ago and so far I'm LOVEING it. I got the same one too in the black color. The Micra just replaced my 9 year old Rocket Appartamento. I loved that machine but wanted something a bit different, something with a rotary pump and figured I splurge a bit even though there are other machines for less money. NICE late art though damn! Even after 9 years on the rocket I'm still trying to figure it out lol. I will say however on steam power 1 on the Micra I find it easier for me anyways to steam milk with both how dry the steam is and how powerful it is. What size cups are those may I ask in ounces if you know?
