Ciao everyone and welcome back to another video! 🇮🇹 This is the second episode of my Calabria Food Tour, a journey through one of Italy’s most authentic and underrated regions.

In the first part, we explored Calabria’s beautiful beaches, local traditions, and a home-style cooking class with a Calabrian nonna.

Today, we’re continuing the trip with even more local experiences: a visit to Soverato’s street market, a traditional pasta class, a wine tasting at a women-owned winery, and a special dinner in one of the most exclusive restaurants in the region.

If you haven’t watched the first episode yet, I’ll leave the link below so you can start from the beginning of the journey 👇

  1. @theitalianfoodaholic yes in the spring of 2026 I am taking a couple friends to Italy. They have never been. We will stay in Venice 2 nights. Then head to Florence for 6.5 days. From Florence doing a couple day trips. Siena one day. Then to Montepulciano day trip. Maybe San G again. Loved it last time. Then head to Rome for the last part of our trip 5 days there. And hopefully if we are not too tired would like to day trip to Orvieto & Civita Di Bagnoregio. Then we head home from Rome!
