  1. 📖 OUR COOKBOOK: https://www.sipandfeast.com/cookbook/

    📝 PRINT RECIPE: https://www.sipandfeast.com/strip-steak-gorgonzola-sauce/

We’re less than 4 weeks away from the cookbook release! A huge thank you to everyone who has already preordered. We are halfway through the second printing and will be ordering a third printing soon. If you want to have a copy in hand on release date, I suggest ordering now. We’re so grateful for your support, for watching our videos, and for sharing our family table each week.

  2. Love your recipes & channel. I was wondering on this recipe is there a cheese you could recommend to replace the blue cheese. My stomach just can’t handle it?

  3. Omg… I was found Frank's site 2 days ago to make potato frico. His recipes are amazing but like a true Italian, they are vague. Please test and make videos with some of his recipes that we may know. Thanks

  4. Love your channel and love your son's commentary on your finished meal!!!! Also I just pre-ordered your cookbook. Thank you guys for all you do.

  5. I think in my world, I would have done 15-20 minutes in the oven 325 degrees after the sear. Just me. I like brown dryer centers.
    Thanks.

  6. I love Jim’s family. It really adds to the channel. And watching some kid chomp down fennel is pretty funny. More kids should be exposed to exotic flavors. I miss the days of my son coming home from school, hungry, and eating a whole container of sushi before dinner was ready. Builds character.

  7. Hi, James – Fabulous channel, mate. I had to have a look – one of my Friends on my channel who lives in NY – Jaonne ex professionl baker – mentioned you. Saying she watches you because you used to work in a deli and my channel. Keep up the great work and I will tune in when I can – Love it, mate. Best, Rik

  8. Actually surprised you don't have a mortar and pestle. I use mine almost every day but you obviously have a setup that already works very well for ya

  9. At first i was appalled at the idea of gorgonzola on a steak but the fennel element got me interested again. Also, I totally agree that a less piquant gorg' would be the right choice. This is gonna be a very complex flavour profile!!

  10. I just pre ordered your book. Long time viewer. Thanks for all the tips from all of you. I don't have many cookbooks, I mainly purchased to show my gratitude. I'm sure I'll get inspired as I read through it. 😊

  11. Fennel makes me nostalgic; after dinner at my zia/zio's (who were also my Godparents) the adults, and some of us kids, would stay at the table after the sfogliatelle & pignoli cookies and pass around a plate of figs and finocchio. Good stuff, all of my favorites. Miss them.

  12. Oof your son reminds me of mine. He's six-five and gets to look down five inches to me. 🤗

Some day, when the Taste Tester is off with his own family, you will watch this video and cry. And you will not be sad. 🥲

  13. Hi Tara Hi Jim you should be making the dish for us after the performance of the Yankees this year!! Go Rays😂😂😂

  14. Love your posts young brother.❤️💯. No I can not do corrander or cilantro, tastes like lemon pledge to me 💯😢 I'd love to rate your posts.💯😛
