Beer Bread, a family favorite, is a buttery and chewy bread with a slight taste of your favorite beer. This outstanding bread contains only five ingredients and takes just a few minutes to prepare. Unlike other breads that require a long rise and fermentation to develop flavor, the yeast in the beer interacts with the baking powder to generate the rise and prevent the bred from becoming dense. This bread pairs perfectly with spinach dip, soups or as a late-night snack.
