This is great information. As Italian wine prices seem to go up daily finding a good bottle under $50 nowadays is a not easy. Do think 2021 will compete with 2019 as the benchmark going forward?

Love your Italian wine coverage. Glad to see Vorberg in the video. John, would you consider Terlano's Pinot Bianco (Tradition, $25 US) or their Terlaner Cuvee (3 varietal blend, $30 US) as good cellar defenders for the Vorberg? Even with the Vorberg magic that happens with aging, keeping your hands off the Vorberg for 10 years is a challenge.

Great video again, those were some of my workhorses when I sommelier, quality and price are perfect, guests loved them.
We would love to see some selections from Montepulcaino. Vino Nobile is a high value wine that rivals Brunello and Chianti Classico. Tiberini and Sanguineto are fabulous examples.
