I feel like pizza so thought I would do an episode on how I throw a pizza party for friends and family. I’ve prepped the dough before hand, so we’re going to go through the different toppings, stretching and cooking the pizza in an outdoor pizza oven.

  3. Add diced jalapeño to that Hawaiian pizza and you've got yourself a real banger. Sweet pineapple, salty ham, spicy pepper, acidic sauce.

  4. That's how pizza making really goes,i keep a little foil on hand or a pizza screen for possible holes, such a big over i would make at least 320g Cheers! @cuts.nslices!

  5. Another tip for the person who had issues with the biryani burning. Tray a layer of thinly sliced potatoes with oil at the bottom. If it burns it’s not the end of the world. Just don’t scrap it up. But if it’s not too burnt adds a delicious cesspit texture. I believe having potatoes at the bottom of the rice pot is a Persian way of making rice. I just sometimes add this step to a Biriyani. 35:37

  6. My favorite pizza with pineapple is with a bit of bbq sauce in the tomato sauce, and pepperoni instead of ham. Sometimes red onion, sometimes nduja instead of peppo.

    Mate, come on. By all means do a video, sure, but pizza at home is either a Dr. Oetker Ristorante spinach thingy, not quite fully baked by choice, which weirdly hits the spot, or a proper pizza delivered to the door.

  9. I can't remember the manufacturer but I recently saw a video in which they had a similar oven to this one in which the stone was rotating slowly, eliminating the need to move/rotate the pizza. Also wondering if there are ovens that have the heat source in the top rather than on the side.

    I have a recommendation for a local cafe to check out. It’s called Bar Zini in Pyrmont and the owner is a wonderful man, massive food lover, and he’s a fan of you Andy! Check it out, food is divine! My recommendation: book a table for their pasta and Pinot night on a Wednesday night!
