If there’s one ingredient that truly shines on the Italian coast, it’s the humble lemon.
From spaghetti to limoncello and all things in between, lemon is a front-and-center flavor on every menu on Capri. Thanks to Giada showing us the ropes in her lifelong vacation spot, we now have a new favorite way that we enjoyed fresh-off-the-vine lemons on a daily basis: granitas! This stand in Capri is as picturesque as it is fresh and delicious, with gelati and juices of all kinds of local fresh produce. On a sunny island day, nothing beats a refreshing cup of tart, sweet icy lemon granita – trust! The stand is located along Via Matteoti near the Gardens of Augustus, so make sure you stop by when you inevitably head over there on your Capri vacation!

Nice video. Thank you! FYI, you squeezed the lemon that is hanging immediately adjacent to the do-not-touch sign, lol. I’m sure they don’t mind because you’re a famous chef, haha.
