Time for another Barbera tasting… but this time with a twist! We are tasting not one, but TWO classic Barbera’s from its home in the Monferrato, Piedmont, Italy: a Barbera d’Asti and a Nizza. What will the differences be? Luckily we had the opportunity to taste these two Barbera classics with the winemaker, Andrea Ivaldi, by our side to describe the wines and explain what he does differently in the cellar and vineyard!
