See how I made this in previous video. I made two versions. First is the traditional version of Lasagne alla Bolognese which focuses more on the deep rich meat sauce rather than tomato sauce or cheese. This is different from ones from other regions in Italy. The only regret is I should have let it rest a little less so it’s a little more gooey.
Second version is more non-traditional… I added some mozzarella because mom and dad just love mozzarella.

I have a feeling they might ask for lasagna for dinner soon.

  1. I'm going to start looking closely at Dad's ears, to see if I see any food running out!!!😂😂 It's either running out somewhere or he has a hollow leg! It's wonderful that he can enjoy so much and not gain weight! May the Lord Jesus Christ continue to abundantly bless your whole family!!

  2. Love it so much to see your mum and dad enjoy and appreciates food so much in any ways. Also enjoy being you guys as families together. It makes me miss my parents so much, cause my parents are in Malaysia and I lives with my family in Australia (Perth). Please do keep video coming, so I could enjoy it at all time

  3. I found your videos a week ago, since then, I have binge watched many..your Father hooked me, from the first video, such a darling man, I love seeing him enjoy eating different foods.

  4. That all came out so good! I couldn't wait to see your parents' reactions when getting into it all. Your mom's use of chopsticks is incredible.

  5. Nice mix of cuisines and growing up with my mother’s Italian side of the family, both those lasagnas looked soooooo good!! Your mom’s face from the red wine was too funny but your dad certainly liked it 🍷

  6. Grace works amazingly hard, and successfully, at capturing the authenticity of the ethnic dishes from all over the world, which is profoundly appreciated and admired by the commenters of said ethnicities, only to be undone by her mother who must "korea-ify" practically every meal with kimchi (which is aggressive and overpowering) and/or seaweed. While dad usually joins in (I don't think he would miss it if mom didn't whip it out all of the time), I think he better understands and appreciates the uniqueness and diversity of Grace's elaborate and intricate international preparations for what they are, while mom more often misses the point. All of Grace's authentic efforts, outside of cooking Korean dishes, is lost on mom.

  7. You fucked up that lasagna ngl.. Taste is prob good, but you fucked up the cooking from how it looks in the edges. MORE SAUCE. Waaay too dry

  8. What a fabulous feast. Your Mother saying “better than pasta in Italy is a great complement!” Great job. Food is love.👏 ❤

  9. Dad still shoving large amounts of food in mouth. I stopped watching for a while, but nothing changed.
