Ingredients:

Pasta – 1 cup (boiled)

Oil – 2 tbsp

Garlic – 1 tbsp (chopped)

Green chilli – 1 (chopped)

Tomato purée – 2 medium tomatoes (blended)

Tomato sauce – 2 tbsp

Salt – to taste

Cheese slices – 2

Chilli flakes – ½ tsp

Coriander leaves – for garnish

Method:

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped garlic and green chilli.

Sauté for a few seconds till aroma comes.

Add tomato purée and cook till it releases oil.

Add tomato sauce and mix well.

Add boiled pasta, salt and toss everything together.

Place cheese slices on top, sprinkle chilli flakes.

Cover and cook for 5 minutes till cheese melts perfectly.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot!
