While cooking dinner I needed something to pair with the Creamy Pasta with Mussels & Clams that appeared in the previous episode. The family wanted garlic bread so I whipped up some Garlic Herb Butter that you can see in POV Italian Cooking Episode 61. This is a very simple recipe that only takes a few minutes to make but gives garlic bread huge flavor!
