  1. Bluerghh don't understand how people like the chemical twang in celeriac. I mean it's okay when mixed with apple in a soup but alone it's just that hue and will taint a lot of dishes…

  2. God, it’s so predictable looking at the comments on here. The less intelligent mock, the more intelligent praise. Marco is a true artisan of his craft

  3. I can imagine Marco as a mobster. "So you haven't paid your debts. That's all right, it was your choice. So what I'm gonna do next, is to break both of your knee caps. That's my choice."

All the kidding aside, huge respect for MPW and his skills, knowledge and his whole career. Legend.

  4. Accept that mother nature is the true artist… we are just the cooks. Think about what you're doing, have the confidence to allow your fingers to create. Use mushrooms or Eggplant, toffee or cotton candy. It's your choice. And it's that simple. There we are.

  5. As I am cooking, I whisper ‘there we are’ at every stage…. It genuinely does make it all better…. 🤣

  6. He literally just talks as if he is telling a secret to each of us individually which makes it beyond intriguing to listen to. That’s all!

  7. Sound disgusting! If you can’t eat meat, don’t desecrate such a wonderful food as lasagna. Eat your vegetarian food as is. If you want to eat meat just eat meat!

  8. Used to have loads of respect for Marco , then the world got introduced to his son .

  9. I cooked this.. and thought… why not replace the vegetables with meat? Simple. Delicious. Then use breast milk instead of sauce, as nature intended. There we are.

  10. Would give anything to have this guy teach me about food. Feel like you'd learn so much just talking to him.

  11. This leaves out the part where he bangs the dish on the counter repeatedly to level out the final sauce layer and it goes from a nice, gentle tutorial to standing next an artillery barrage

  12. I replaced the vegetables with the same quantity of identical vegetables, no one knew & when they'd all eaten up, I locked myself in the kitchen and masturbated until I passed out, it was my choice entirely

  13. This guy makes Gordon Ramsay seem like a reasonable, average Joe. He’s like the final boss of pedantic, pretentious dweebs.

  14. I love how he’s gone from ultimate fine dining to feel good home cooking, with a sprinkle of insanity. That was his choice. There we are.

  15. It doesn't look appealing way too heavy for a lasagna lover such a as myself and what the hell is celirac too intense for the family i truly love his videos , but sometimes he is way out there
