I only go out to eat during company outings now because it doesn't even matter how much you pay, the meals are generally not that great at even well known restaurants. All the hole in the wall restaurants back in my college days were far better and worth the trip. Now I'd rather just sous vide steaks and make my own food.
Gordon Ramsey, is not the "Goat" of anything, maybe a real goat, but he's mainly an assclown.
Rude as hell, garbage person, same as most "famous" chefs.
The "chef" profession is known to be 99% pompous assholes.
Also EVERY "celebrity chef" restaurant I have eaten at has been way over priced garbage, can't even call it hot garbage as half the time the food is not even hot.
A proper steak and cheese is well done, properly seasoned ribeye, cooked onions and green peppers, (optional mushrooms) generous portion of provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo and (optional banana peppers and/or raw onions).
Anything else is bs, especially that nasty liquid fake cheese wiz bs, gross.
Eating ANY meat/seafood ANYTHING other than properly WELL DONE is both DISGUSTING, and EXTREMELY bad/unsafe for Homo Sapiens.
We do NOT have the necessary digestive enzymes to digest raw flesh of ANY kind, it gets stuck in the lower intestine and colon and causes colon cancer.
This is a WELL KNOWN fact for DEACADES.
Eating under cooked flesh of ANY kind is also HIGHLY unsafe and exposes you to extreme DEADLY food borne pathogens.
Fish alone is FULL of worms and stuff that are killed by proper well done cooking, all you idiots eating nasty "sushi" are eating live seaworms, gross!
Some people are so dumb and uneducated on proper food and food safety…

I had the $200 Tomahawk steak at Wolfgang's steak restaurant in Honolulu. It ended up tasting like a big steak you could have gotten at Denny's. Both myself and my friend did not finish our steak (not due to the size) and handed it over to what we thought was a homeless person (what are we going to do with leftovers at our hotel ya know?). I don't think Wolfgang should have steak as an option and stick to what he knows best.

Huh? I would have thought Ramsey would have the more EU Belgian style "double fried fries" which are super crispy and delicious! The ones that are "par fried" first at a lower temperature then "hard fried" at a higher temperature later. I know Ramsey has had these fries.

We went to Gordon’s in DC, Wharf, I totally agree about Shrimp. Everything else sucked. The shrimp there was maybe 30% larger than the one Guga ate.
